Curriculum
The MSc Applied Animal Behaviour and Training is a unique masters course offering the opportunity to study the behaviour and training of a range of domestic and exotic species and apply this to their management. The course provides students with the opportunity to gain a range of knowledge and skills in subjects such as Animal Behaviour Theories, Research Methods, Welfare and Ethics, Learning Theories and Training Methods, Human and Animal Interactions and Psychology and Animal Behaviour Counselling. A key component of this course is the completion of a dissertation which allows students to produce an independent piece of applied research.
