About Orita Sinclair School of Design & Music
Orita Sinclair focuses on teaching and nurturing the love for design and music, in order to develop a vibrant creative industry and cultural landscape.
For more than a decade, Orita Sinclair has been offering industry-oriented courses that provide the theoretical and practical foundation for students to successfully meet the demands and challenges of the design and music industries. A wide range of excellent accommodation can be found in Singapore to suit all kinds of budgets and needs. Shared rooms and facilities, full board and choice of properties for rent are available through real estate agencies or selection from daily press. The accommodation fees are usually paid on a monthly or weekly basis. The average cost per month can start from S$400 for a shared room in HDB approved apartments.
General advice with regards to the choice of accommodation could be obtained by the School’s counsellor (e.g. vicinity, neighbourhood, transportation connections, food facilities and pricing etc.). However, the final decision is left to the student or parents/guardians.
Orita Sinclair has an approved provider who has processes in place to ensure the security & safety of students. With breakfast, water, electricity, unlimited internet access and activities provided, our students and parents are assured that the students are in safe hands.

Equipped with its Photo Studio, MIDI Lab, Tutorial Rooms, Tracking Studio, Recording Control Studio Room and many more, the complete facilities in Orita School will definitely enhance your learning experience. In addition, students have access to facilities and equipment to aid them in their learning process. This includes a library well-stocked with design books and journals, conference room, student lounge and study area. Other amenities such as water dispensers, lockers and high-speed WiFi are also provided.
