- Passed STPM with a minimum Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in any two (2) subjects and equivalent OR
- Passed Matriculation/Foundation with a minimum CGPA 2.00 or equivalent OR Diploma in Early Childhood Education and equivalent OR
- Related Qualification or Experience which is recognized by the University Senate/competent authority in Malaysia.
