Master of Human Resource Management
About
The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program at Sunway University, developed in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), is designed for aspiring HR leaders. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills, preparing students to become strategic human resource managers in today’s dynamic and complex organizational environments.
Students will gain expertise in contemporary HR theories, concepts, and tools, while developing leadership and team-building skills. The program equips graduates to address HR challenges and align human resource strategies with business goals.
Upon completion, graduates will receive dual certificates: the MHRM from Sunway University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD. Graduates will also achieve Associate Membership status with CIPD and can use the designatory letters ‘Assoc CIPD’ to demonstrate their professional HR competence.
