About

The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program at Lincoln University College is designed to address the rapidly evolving landscape of business and management. This program is available both full-time (3 years) and part-time (6 years). As leaders and administrators face new challenges in their fields, there is a growing demand for innovative theories and strategies. The DBA program aims to bridge this gap by exposing candidates to critical management issues and relevant theories, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of all aspects related to the field.

Candidates in the DBA program are expected to demonstrate a post-MBA level of conceptual understanding and develop the ability to source, analyze, interpret, and explain data. The program is structured to facilitate advanced research activities, allowing candidates to contribute new knowledge to the field and therefore, for successful completion of the DBA degree candidates are required to publish a minimum of four research articles in Scopus indexed journals, with affiliation to Lincoln University College. This requirement underscores the program's commitment to producing high-quality research that contributes to both academic scholarship and practical applications in the field of business administration.

Entry Requirements

  • Master in Business Administration (MBA) (Level 7, MQF); or
  • Other qualification that is equivalent to the above mentioned qualification.
  • Professional experience is preferred but not mandatory. Typically, 2 years of experience can enhance the application.

English Proficiency Requirements (International Students) :

  • International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or its equivalent.
