Entry Requirements
Any one of these:

Master’s Degree (Level 7, MQF) in Related Field: Accepted by the HEP Senate.

Other equivalent qualifications equivalent to a master’s degree, recognised by the Government of Malaysia.

Candidates Without Related Qualifications or Experience: Must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the HEP.

Bachelor’s Degree (Fast-Track to PhD): Minimum CGPA of 3.7 in a related field.
English Language Requirements for International Students
