Foundation in Arts is a one-year pre-university program designed to prepare students for various undergraduate degrees.

Foundation in Arts is often misunderstood as a program exclusively tailored for students interested in pursuing degrees in humanities-related subjects only. However, in reality, this program is more than that. 

While arts and humanities are undoubtedly part of the curriculum, there are universities in Malaysia that include diverse subjects such as mathematics, law, and even business-related modules. 

So, after you have completed Foundation in Arts, you can pursue other majors at the degree level, such as Business, Psychology, Law, Accounting, IT, and many more.

What are the requirements to pursue this course?

Generally, the requirements for a Foundation in Arts are: 

• SPM/ SPMV/ O-Levels: Pass with minimum 5 credits (grade C) in any subject. 
• Unified Examination Certificate (UEC): Pass with minimum grade B in at least 3 subjects   
   

How much does it cost to study in Foundation in Arts in Malaysia?
