This programme offers foundational training in culinary skills, equipping students with the necessary knowledge to begin a career in the food service industry. SEGi College has structured this diploma to provide a comprehensive blend of practical and theoretical training in all areas of food production. The programme delivers essential culinary knowledge required for entry-to-mid-level positions and creates pathways for career progression into various roles within the culinary field. Students will develop expertise in Asian and European cooking techniques, explore design principles in food presentation, gain knowledge in nutrition planning, and build critical management and leadership skills by the end of the course.
