Entry Requirements

  • A pass in STPM/Matriculation/A-Level/Pre-University programme or its equivalent, with minimum 2.50 CGPA in the following subjects:
    • Biology/Physics
    • Chemistry
  • Pass SPM/ O Level with 5 credits, where 3 credits must be from the following subjects:
    • Biology
    • Physics
    • Mathematics
    • Chemistry
    • English
  • Pass Foundation programme from Monash University, AIMST University or UNISEL, or its equivalent with minimum CGPA of 2.50 in the following subjects:
    • Biology/Physics
    • Chemistry
  • Pass SPM/ O Level with 5 credits, where 3 credits must be from the following subjects:
    • Biology
    • Physics
    • Mathematics
    • Chemistry
    • English
  • Pass The South Australian Matriculation (SAM) with minimum score of 65% - 70% in the following subjects:
    • Biology/Physics
    • Chemistry
  • Pass SPM/ O Level with 5 credits, where 3 credits must be from the following subjects:

    • Mathematics
    • Chemistry
    • English
  • Pass Canadian Pre University Programme (CPU) with minimum score of 80% in the following subjects:
    • Biology/Physics
    • Chemistry
  • Pass SPM/ O Level with 5 credits, where 3 credits must be from the following subjects:

    • Mathematics
    • Chemistry
    • English
  • Pass Universitas Gadjah Mada Pre-University Programme with minimum CGPA 2.50 in the following subjects:
    • Biology/Physics
    • Chemistry
  • Pass SPM/ O Level with 5 credits, where 3 credits must be from the following subjects:
    • Biology
    • Physics
    • Mathematics
    • Chemistry
    • English
  • Pass MSU Foundation programme or its equivalent from any higher learning institution with minimum CGPA of 2.50 in the following subjects:
    • Biology/Physics
    • Chemistry
  • Pass SPM/ O Level with 5 credits, where 3 credits must be from the following subjects:
    • Biology
    • Physics
    • Mathematics
    • Chemistry
    • English
  • Diploma with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 in relevant field from any recognised institution; 
  • Diploma in relevant field with CGPA less than 2.75 and at least 3 years of working experience in relevant field;
  • Pass Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in 5 subjects;
  • Other equivalent qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
