Consider Montreal your canvas and watch a whole city open itself up to you at Concordia. From the downtown hustle of the Sir George Williams Campus to the relaxed Loyola Campus (and everywhere in between), you’ll find clubs, sports, professional networks, and support services to balance your life, work and study.
The university has two campuses, set approximately 7 km apart: Sir George Williams Campus in the downtown core of Montreal, in an area known as Quartier Concordia (at Guy-Concordia Metro station), and Loyola Campus in the residential west-end district of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.
Living on campus
When you are new to Montreal, it's easier to meet people when you live in residences. All three Concordia residences are lively places teeming with students from around the globe. Residence Life Managers and Assistants help provide a supportive home base while you transition into university life.
Resident Assistants are trained students living on-site who know first-hand the excitement and challenges of being a new Concordia student. The Residence Life Team members provide guidance and advice to help enrich your university experience and create a positive living environment.
Montreal, which is made up of diverse and fascinating neighborhoods, is one of Canada's most affordable cities for off-campus housing. From the hip coffee shops and markets of the Mile End neighbourhood to the terraces and nightlife of the Plateau Mont-Royal, and the affordable high ceilings and hardwood floors of St-Henri, Montreal has something for everyone.
Whether your choose to live a walking distance from your classes in the bustling Quartier Concordia, near the more suburban Loyola campus, or in one of Montreal's dynamic neighborhoods, you'll find affordable rent in a safe environment.
