About TAFE NSW

TAFE NSW has been Australia's leading public vocational education and training provider for more than 100 years. The institution's experience means that students can be sure that each TAFE NSW Institute is professionally run, and highly competent in the delivery of education and training. TAFE NSW evolved directly from the community and the institution has grown into the organisation it is today by responding to, and preempting, community needs. 

TAFE NSW delivers a range of long and short courses which offers multiple choices of industry areas, learning styles and qualifications to suit the student's needs. Courses are offered full-time, part-time and flexibly through distance and online learning.

The institution offer over 1,200 nationally recognized vocational qualifications from Certificate I to Advanced Diploma level, as well as Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Statements of Attainment and TAFE NSW statements. Besides, the institution also offer higher education qualifications at Degree level. A wide range of short courses offers professional development and career acceleration options.

Campus information

TAFE NSW has over 130 metropolitan and regional campuses, which are grouped by geographic area into Institutes. There are ten Institutes across NSW - four metropolitan Institutes and six regional Institutes. All campuses are equipped with in-campus facilities available for all students.
