CIT has four campuses across Canberra, located in Bruce, Reid, Phillip and Fyshwick. CIT also has two learning centres in Tuggeranong Town Centre and Gungahlin which are primarily for students studying via flexible or distance learning. CIT Reid campus has a student-run restaurant, child care centre, hair dressing studio, beauty salon and travel agency. CIT Bruce campus has a student-run massage clinic and full service gym. CIT Reid located at the suburb of Reid is on the edge of the Canberra city centre, with Canberra's main bus interchange.
For international students, CIT offers a range of accommodation options to suit almost every need with on-campus, off-campus and homestay accommodation. The on-campus accommodation which is a hostel that is a footstep away from classes. There are two on-campus accomodations that are provided which are CIT Bruce Residence (close to CIT Bruce) and Monterey Appartments (close to CIT Reid). CIT Bruce Residence is a three-minute walk from classrooms, canteen, library, gym and the CIT Accommodation Office. Monterey Appartments on the other hand, is positioned centrally, these apartments are close to the national museums and galleries, shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas, theatres, transport and Canberra's beautiful Lake Burley Griffin.
There are also homestay accommodation where international students may choose to stay with an Australian family and experience the exchange of culture in a supportive learning environment.
