Entry Requirements

  • Completion of Certificate III in Electronics and Diploma of Electronics and Communications Engineering;
  • Age of 18 years or over and completed senior high school equivalent to Australian Year 10 level;
  • IELTS score of 5.5 each band (general or academic);
  • Complete General English program at Menzies to Upper Intermediate level;
  • TOEIC 605 (L&R), TOEFL 513 (PBT), TOEFL 183 (CBT), TOEFL 65 (IBT).

Curriculum

  • Analysis, diagnose errors and repair of electronic equipment and systems
  • Primary planning, analysis and design, focused on complex electronic systems related to the hardware, control software and their inter-relationships
  • Supervision and facilitation of the routine performance of these functions
  • Commissioning of advanced electronic systems and equipment
