Homestay
- Homestay is an arrangement whereby students live with a family in their home which provides them an opportunity to have a uniquely Australian experience. As Australia is a multicultural country, homestay accommodation can also provide an opportunity for them to understand different cultures and develop an appreciation for other ways of living. The homestay experience is ideal for whoever wants to develop their English language skills and assists them to adjust comfortably into Australian society.
Hostel
- Student hostels offer independence within a young environment where it is easy to make friends for students. Usually these accommodations consist of a fully furnished bed or study room, gain access to shared kitchens, bathrooms and other facilities. The price varies depending on the location and type of room required by them.
Independent Rental
- This form of accommodation provides more independence, privacy and freedom than other forms. Students will need to find their own property, however the Institution can provide help if needed. Potential renters are required to sign a lease of at least six months (sometimes 12 months), pay a bond of four weeks’ rent, and provide references. Some rental properties will not be furnished, so students should consider the cost of purchasing furniture as well.

Sydney
The Sydney campus is located in Sydney’s Central Business District (CBD) which is only few minutes away from the Queen Victoria Building, Pitt Street Mall, and Chinatown. Adelaide
The Adelaide campus is located in the Adelaide’s Central Business District (CBD). It is next to a bus stop and it allows easy access to both the train and tram.
Grenfell Street is nearby Rundle Mall, the cities pedestrian shopping mall with a huge number of stores, eateries and popular nightspots. Adelaide is a planned city, the centre is compact, easy to navigate around and surrounded by green parklands. Streets are wide apart and rarely congested.
