JS Mamak Lorong SS15
Kaima, a Cantonese label for ‘godmother’ has somehow curiously manifested itself into a hybrid form of a dish in Subang. For those who are clueless, it’s basically mashed up burger patties fried with eggs and onions, topped with chilli sauce and mayonnaise. If you think that sounds disgusting, YOU GOTTA TRY IT. And the one and only place you’ll be able to taste this particularly exotic dish is situated right at a hidden alley (hence the name Lorong), same row as Gong Cha.
